i have 100 50mg tabs, and i would love to use this product pre practice for the focus and energy, i know that with other energy supplements i get use to it and have ti bump up the dosage.... how could i go about doing this safly.. ill probably use on mondays,thusdays,wednesday and saturdays.. thats full pad practices and on game day. is thier a safe way to do this. my boy in the pros says this is what they use
