I'm trying to lose alot of fat weight and I need as much advice as I can get on where to buy the legitimate Clenbuterol, how to use it to obtain the most success, and what other supplements to use it with. I'm female, I way 255lbs, and my height is 5'4". How long will it take with me using this to lose like 100 lbs?

ok I'll check it out. My reasons for asking is because I have been dieting and exercising for about 4 months now and have not lost any weight. I go to the gym 5 times a week, I do alot of cardio...I need something that will give me an extra boost.

I'd suggest to use the basics of dieting and cardio before going to the drugs as you will more than likely become stagnant and what will you fall back on once you do to help accelerate the process.

Without diet, training, and cardio the clen will be useless.

It would be best to start by showing us what you eat and when, are you currently doing any training and cardio? These are the most important things and will need to have them dialed in if you truly want success.

It takes work and time to get in shape

Well if you haven't seen any results with dieting, cardio and training then something IS wrong with how you are going about them. No doubt 100%.

    List your diet

    training

when you do your cardio etc?

I mainly eat 5 small meals a day, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 2 snacks. All low card, skinless chicken or other protein, always try and eat 1-2 servings of fruits and veggies with each meal. I drink about 8 glasses of water daily. I don't eat anything after 7pm and I have not drank any alcohol, and no fried foods.

I go to the gym 5 times a week and exercise for about 50-60 minutes. I do the treadmill, eliptical 3 times a week and an aerobics dvd 2 times a week. I'm getting so stressed out because it's so hard for me to lose the weight and I have been reading about the clen and willing to do the cycles so it can help burn more of my stored fat. I have read about the side effects like the shaking and increased temperature.

just to piggyback what the other guys here are talking about. First of all Ive tried clen and I only lasted 3 days because I did not like the sides; no sleep, trembling, messed with my breathing during cardio, etc.

Wait for eatrainrest or jamy to chime in. They are the diet guru's here. They totally changed and helped me out! Leave the clen alone for a while, jmo. Good luck!!

Willing to bet I can help her out just as much as they could

And no offensive to them as I'm sure they'll agree but the only ones I'd consider to be guru's are C-Bino and Nark in the diet area

Well do you know the portion sizes you are eating of both protein and the carbs. I wouldn't think you are eating chicken for breakfast. I'd avoid fruit while trying to cut. Do you know and count the amount of protein/carbs/fat and calories each day?

Eating later in the evening is not a bad thing its the food choices that you consume. If you don't drink alcohol that is great and will result in much quicker results.

Where are the essential fats? You realize you'll need fat in order to burn fat.

When you train, are you JUST doing the cardio (treadmill, etc) or are you doing some weight training as well. B/c cardio should be a tool to help burn fat, it will not tone your body as weight training will help you burn fat more so then just cardio alone.

The timing of cardio is extremely important. Don't do cardio first then weights, should be the opposite. Throw in some empty stomach cardio at low intensity first thing in the morning as this is the best time to do such for burning fat. Heart rate around 115-125bpm. It works extremely well for me. Then after your training do the same with low intensity.

Ok we need to calculate your BMR or basal metabolic rate which is the amount of energy you expend while at rest in a neutrally temperate environment

    Women: BMR = 655 + (4.35 x "typical" pounds) + (4.7 x inches) - (4.7 x age)

Then we need to calculate your TDEE or your total daily energy expenditure following this

If you are Sedentary - little or no exercise
    Calorie-Calculation = BMR X 1.2
    - If you are Lightly Active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week)
    Calorie-Calculation = BMR X 1.375
    - If you are Moderately Active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week)
    Calorie-Calculation = BMR X 1.55
    - If you are Very Active = BMR X 1.725 (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days/week)
    Calorie-Calculation = BMR X 1.725
    - If you are Extra Active (very hard daily exercise/sports & physical job or 2X day training)
    Calorie-Calculation = BMR X 1.9

    Food sources as follow

Protein: egg whites, chicken, lean red meat (95%), lean turkey, fish
Carbs: Primarily sweet potatoes and fibrous veggies (no corn or carrots) while cutting, grains tend to bloat but can be utilize such as rice or grain bread like ezekiel, no flour
Fats: fish oil, flax oil, whole eggs

I'd recommend fish oil to be your primary fat source.

Why am I telling you this?

    Here are two threads

    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...light=fish+oil

    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...light=fish+oil

Now if you could please figure the above calculations and also get an accurate body fat measurement so we know where you stand and can also track your progress. We all start somewhere so the more info we can get the better we can tweak thus the better the results

    Hope this helps

OP i have been trying to cut fat for the past 6 months and only NOW have i gotten close as to what diet and training schedule i need for MY body to loose fat. My diet was set up by guys in this forum - thanks again.

What was the point of 2 servings of fruit in each meal? Because everyone says fruit is healthy? They are but no one said that they are full of simple sugars (carbs). So every meal i bet you were getting more carbs than protein. All your hard work in the gym was probably just enough to burn off the carbs you ate from fruit and keep you at the same weight. You are going to need to learn about food.

You have made the first step to getting yourself on track by coming to this diet section. Follow the instructions in the previous post, get your diet right and and at your weight you will easily loose 1-2 pound week. First throw all the junk food out of your house. I live with 2 overweight parents and its kills me everyday not to eat the cakes and food my mum makes. Its NOT going to be easy.

Diet is key but clen does make a MAJOR difference in burning fat, My wife went up to 170lbs of shit weight when she had our son, then still ate like shit did her cardio and went down to 121 in 3 months, so it does help, Understand this BJgirl noone here has probaly been in your shoes and has had you bf% so it is easy for them to say its just diet that will do it, it is easy to maintain once your there, but clen is a great booster to get you there, im not saying using the clen as a crutch but as a aid in your cardio and properly planned diet
