£30 on meat, from butchers
£50 in the supermarket on fish veg and so on, thats for me and my misses she not allowed any of my meat lol
so about £80 in a week.

eggs
peanut buuter
suger free syrup
brown rice
sandwhich meat if im going to be busy
fruits and veggies
its the same shit every week but i don't have to buy pb, syrup or brown rice every week ya know
