    anavar info please

    hi guys!
    i am totally new to all this so here we go lol basicly iv have been attending the gym 4 around 5 years now! i am 12.9 stone and 5ft11" tall and attend the gym @ least 4 times a week! in all this time i have not got any bigger or gained more muscle, i have just been keeping the weight off and not progressing! so i have decided to start using anavar! i was wondering what advise you guys could give me? ie diets, training etc... i just want 2 loose all my excess fat and rip up! Thanks guys

    Id start with diet, head down to the diet forum and post your full diet down there, those guy's are experts...

    You said it and answered your own question.. Anavar for 1 is a very very week anabolic. and to be 110% honest, just taking a few Anavar pills everyday is not going to turn your entire physique around.. Diet is your one and only problem and until you fix that 10,000mg of Anavar is not going to help you. Listen to me cause I am telling you the complete truth.. you have an issue with your diet that needs to be fixed... You food conumption is 80% of you weight gain and weight loss and your bf% etc. etc.. You need to sit down for a good 5-10 hours (that is no joke!!) and get evey meal dialed in with a fine tooth comb. I am very good with nutrition and it took me 6 hours to completely plan out my diet for as perfect as i know how to get it! It is not just calories , not just porotein, not just fats and not just carbs!! All 4 of these need to be correct for the day but also need to be balanced for each meal! I have my meals down to where I can actually eat all 7 and gain weight , if I cut out 1 of my lean ground beef and white rice meals. Meal 3 or 4 I actually hold steady. This works out good for me.. I usually eat all 7 meals for a week strqight and then skip meal 4 EOD for a wek to let my body get used to the extra weight. As i gain a little more weight, I add an ounce of meat to each meal and a 1/4 cup of rice to up the calories You have to remember what worked for you to gain weight at 180# might not work at all once you get to 190#!! You might then need to add 200-500 calories everyday to keep making gains! This si the simple truth but never less the truth! I think if you follow my advice you will save a lot of money on that Anavar that you do not need to spend right now
