Couldn't you create a diet using the bmr of where you want to be and doing a little over or under maintenance for that weight and bf?
like just plug in (for a bulk) the numbers for the weight you want to be (within reason - 50 lbs heavier is not a short term goal without a lot of fat) and then choose an activity level that is a little higher than what you are to find your macros.
Kind of like the "eat like the weight you want to be at" saying with a little science twist...
