Hello all, once again. I need help with my base diet and training program.
Situation: In school full time; I only goto school 2 days out of the week (Which is 4 classes). I am working full time at a supermarket; I do not know if this can be to my benefit. Next fall semester I will be transferring to Drexel University. Golds Gym is walking distance to my house. I am currently low on $$$ so this is why I am coming to you guys for aid. Need a cheap diet, I think I am currently working with 300 a month! But interesting point; I bought three 200servings/5mg of mono hydrate. And I still have half of mens GNC sport multi-vitamins.
Stats (rough figures):
Age: 21
Height: 5-10
Weight: 180
BF%: 15%
Goals: I guess to get cut for summer. I want to get down to low BF%. I do not need to put to much muscle on right now. I am not naturally skinny even when I am in good shape so I am not worried about that. Just want to get rid of my pot belly, and a little shape to my pecs, arms and back.
Mainly I need a cheap diet, that stays in the 300$ range a month.
