hcg left out for 24 hours

i just mixed it and took only one shot, and left it out for 24 hours thought i lost it. does that mean it went bad and have to get a whole brand new one?

It may still be ok.

Depends on the temperature it was subject to.

I'd use it.

If it's no good, then you are injecting bac H2O.

Did you mix the whole ampule of 5000 iu's?

I think it is good to go IMO.

10000iu's mixed with 10ml bac water its been out for a full day or little more i misplaced it and it was hidden under my clothes, better clean my room now. So i suppose it is fine to use, just the only concern is it may degrade quicker than the usual 2 months limit for hcg use. How good do you suppose i can use it for?

Keep it cold and just use it. Yes it may degrade a little faster but there is no way to tell so just dont leave it out again and use it up.
