    Stupid Question

    Okay I know this might be a stupid question but I have been running Test E 4 weeks so far and have done 8 injections and I rotate between shoulders and glutes. Question is I have noticed growth in my shoulders like 1.5 inches in 3 weeks are they just swelling from injections or do they really look like that? No marks or anything present on my shoulders.

    183 start- now 4 weeks in 192 bodyfat still low as well. But wasnt sure if it was a Gregg Valentino thing and injecting an area and it gets bigger....was he using normal juice or was it only synthol?

    Just do a before and after... if you see change that's good... But personally I hate people who are overly obcessed... Some people are measuring and weighing like every goddamn day...

    Just avoid the mirror for a month... And the enxt time you step in front of it you will be like damn! Is that me!

    Yeah thats what I do is put the scale away and pull it out every 4 weeks cus that will drive you crazy

    INDEED IT WILL BRO! If your loosing bf but gaining wait you will still be unhappy! because your weight isnt going up but in the long run your putting on muscle and loosing fat....

    bro I just weighed myself and I'm about 9lbs heavier than when I started and I'm just as lean. I still dont know whether its the drastic increase in calories or the test yet

    I noticed I looked harder than before like muscles look different so its like last time i was this weight i looked real smooth whereas this time on juice its a completely different look.
