Have questioned before but didnt really get it settled for myself.
I am half way through a sust (500 per week) cycle. My weight is not moving at all but i know i am putting on muscle. I was thinking about introducing clen for a two weeks but continue to lift and eat well. Now the question is, i undertsand it may not give me the 100% max results from the sust (???) but will it ruin the cycle, has it been done effectivly before by anyone?
