I'm awaiting my clen, but when I do I want to jump into asap, this is the proposed layout I have.
week 0-1.5 = 20-80mcg clen/day (taper up)
week 1.5-2.5 = 80-140mcg clen/day + one pill benadryl everyday
week 2.5-4 = 140mcg clen/day
week 4-5.5 = 140mcg clen/day + one benadryll everyday
week 5.5-7 = 140-40mcg clen/day (taper down)
Now, is this the proper benadryl I should be using:

One pill a day for a week to clean the receptors right ? I have lost over 70lbs of fat and gained alot of muscle mass over the last three years and now I want to remove the remaining fat deposits I have on my chest and spare tire (everyone thinks I have a diesel chest when it's just man boobs). Cardio will be upped, diet will be between 22-2600 cals 50/25/25 split. Any suggestions ?
