    Wieght Training Day Diet.. Advice

    Spent most of my weekend tweaking so please any help would be great!

    Also my diet for my cycle starting October.


    M1: 8 egg whites + 2 Whole Eggs 54p 54c 29f 720cal
    1 cup oats
    1 cup broccoli
    1 tbsp Evoo

    Supplements: ***** 3caps; Multi Vitamin; C And E; 5grams Creatine

    M2: 2 cans tuna 48p 80c 0f 500cal
    PWO 80 Dextrose grams

    Supplements: 5grams Glutamine

    M3: 8oz White Fish 47p 54c 6f 500cal
    1 cup oats
    1 cup of broccoli

    Supplements: Vitamin C

    M4: 8oz White Fish 44p 13c 21f 455cal
    1/4 cup oats
    1 1/2 tbsp evoo

    Supplements: ***** 3 caps

    M5: 8oz White Fish 47p 54c 6f 500cal
    1 cup oats
    1 cup broccoli

    Supplements: None

    M6: 8oz White Fish 42p 24c 13f 420cal
    1 Sweet Potato
    1 Cup Broccoli
    1 tbsp evoo

    Supplements: ***** 3; Multi Vitamin

    M7: 4oz Cheese Non Fat 21p 5c 10f 200cal
    15 almonds

    Supplements: 5g Creatine 5g Glutamine


    Totals: Calories = 3295* Pro = 303* Carbs = 285* Fat = 85


    Age: 22
    Height: 5-10
    Weight: 185
    BF%: 15

    Training Regiment: 1 day on; 1 day off.


    Cardio: High Intensity Interval Training: On off days if I feel its necessary.


    Concerns: I do not know if I am short a considerable amount of calories.

    What is your goals specifically as it concerns this diet, Cut, bulk, maintain???

    Sorry thought by giving my stats that would be sufficient; my bad on that vet.
    Yes i am bulking indeed, and i am going to be cycling for the first time. Moderate cycle, I think i am short calories for my stats agree and if so should I add protein or carbs?

    I figured you were, just thinking about for everyone else's clarification. I think the protein is high enough, you maybe able to add in a few more good fats in there. I would suggest you take a peek at some of Phate's diet stuff. He is more versed on various diets than I.

    Yah i figured fats were low I want to keep fats high in two meals.. So im guessing maby some natrual peanut butter or perhaps some sort of beef or dairy product but I hate dairy I want to be lean bulking as much as humanly possible because after the cycle on the pct im going to start droping my carbs by 20 grams a week and add 10 grams protien for every drop sorry for no periods lol

    And I only eat fish of coarse i prefer it i dont like chicken at all.

    id cut down the fish, unless its all you can eat. Milos sarcev recons your body becomes allergic to constant types of protein so a variety is much beter. Only way if you know your short on calories is by experimenting...find what works best for you. I think your abit to light to cycle as well, wait a year or so and keep growing. goodluck

    I need more help!!!! I love fish is this true? protein is protein I thought. Doesnt matter how you take it in just get it in.???
