I am just a few steps away from starting my first cycle and I have a few questions before i get started. First my cycle will be ran like this :
Week 1-10: 400mg Test E
Week 1-4: 20 mg D-bol ED
PCT will start 2 weeks after last injection of test E:
Week 12: 100 clomid, 40mgs nolva ed
week 13: 50 clomid, 20mgs nolva ed
Week 14: 50 clomid, 20mgs nolva ed
Week 15: 50 clomid, 20mgs nolva ed
1) I am wondering if i should split my test E doses like 200mg monday and thursday or all 400 mg once a week?
2) Should I up my dose of D-bol? or keep it at 20 mg every day?
3) Is this PCT enough to help maintain most gains and get my body back?
4) How should I dose the clomid? Or would Nolva alone be sufficient?
I will have L-dex on hand for any signs of gyno. Also, I know that with out proper diet and training, all of this will be for nothing. My diet has been working great for me in the past and I am having a personal trainer I know critique it some. Also, I have been traing balls to the wall for 3 years and I know I have to hit it harder then ever when I begin. So those are my main questions, I just want to cover all angles before I jump into this, trying to be smart about it. Any suggestions about the cycle and answers are welcome! Thanks!
