hey all first off i have done several cycles but have a couple of questions about a couple of products.

tues...shoulders, traps
wed....legs, abs, cardio
thurs....back, bicep
fri...lite chest, cardio, abs

diet:
morning....
4-6 egg whites
about a cup of oats
shake of whey pro
1 piece of wheat breat w/ peanut butter

10am...
10oz tuna
small jar yogert

12pm.....
turkey sandwitch
shake whey pro

2pm....
12oz chunk chicken

workout...
shake 20grams

post...
shake 50gams

dinner...
chicken, steak, veggie


cycle history...
have ran products
test300, test e, tren ace, deca

ran t300 with deca 2cc 1x per week (about 5 yrs ago, 1st cycle)
t300 with deca 2cc 2x per week
test e with tren.....test 250mg 2x per week, tren 75mg eod last 4 weeks (if i remember right)
test e at 500mg per week ( 2 injections)

PCT.....clomid, nov

im looking at the next cycle and am wondering about a couple of products. Test suspension, and test cyp. based off what you see what do you think about the two and the pros and cons? i am looking at running a 10-12 week and may or may not include deca. what dose would you recommend?
