What to do? (Blood work included)

According to blood test I may have some problem with my kidneys and well when you look at test levels they speak for themselves. Explains a whole lot of why it is so hard to work out and strength, energy, motivation is garbage. I finished a PCT a month and a half ago and during PCT I felt fine and then slowly afterwords I just felt worse and worse and now I'm to the point that I can barely get myself into the gym. Cholesterol is surprisingly good despite my somewhat garbage rich diet and the cycle with tren, dbol, deca, test and such in it. So what would any of you recommend? Do another PCT or did I mess myself up and may possibly have to go on TRT. I did a long cycle stupidly(you know how dumb kids are ) and PCT consisted of Nolva,Tore,Clomid,HCG. For about 5-6 weeks, with HCG first 2-3 weeks. Cycle was about 8 months long with cruises in between.
