OK I've done this cycle before but its been a year since I touch anything!! So I am going to start on Oct I am thinking of running it like this, O and my stats 220lbs 5/8 20bf I'm trying to reduce that as much as I can doing cardio 4 to 5times a week following a low calorie diet!! anyway:
Deca 400mg Mon & Thur 8-10 weeks
Test E 500mg Mon & Thur 8-10 weeks
