Got my supplies in how do I dose?

I just got my shipment of clen, T3, and Keto in. They did not come with a spray bottle or eye dropper. How am I suppose to measure the dosage? I have an old spray top off a 4 year old bottle of clen. Would that work?

how about just stop by your local drug store and get an oral syringe

I could do that.... But the spray top off my other bottle of clen is dosed the same as this new bottle. The old bottle of clen with the spray top is made by the same supplier. Wouldnt that work as well?

If it worked before I don't see why it wouldn't work now. So long as the clen is dosed the same.

I'd also recommend the oral syringe though; much more accurate imo. Clen is not something you want to be "ballparking" with.

I will pick one up. I'm using the pump for now, but next time I hit the drugstore I will ask for one.
