Hey,
I've taken ephedra and yohimbine before and it didn't make me feel so good.
I want to help lose some weight and get the process going
and I'm wondering what types of supplements are out there that actually do help burn fat, increase metabolism and thermogenesis - besides ephedra.
What other herbs/chemicals/supplements help with fat loss?
I know green tea extract helps, anything else?
I ofcourse am well aware that eating a 2000 calorie diet and doing 45min/day cardio on a 6 day/week basis inconjunction to weight training is required to help lose weight.
