    I'm 43 yrs old, 6'3" 278lbs. Im looking to start my first cycle. What should it be? I want to lose fat but gain muscle. I would guess my body fat to be 40%

    the dangers of cycling at 40% bodyfat are not worth any possible benefit.

    cardio and diet. i would get familiar with them.

    Your fist cycle should be as flooled

    A stationary cycle in a gym for 30-45 minutes a day followed by 15+ minutes of treadmill and 15+ minutes of Elliptical.

    Also please visit the diet section and learn how to eat 6+ meals a day that will help you loose the fat like you would never believe and do more for you than ANY compound could ever do and quicker.

    As stated above, you DONT want to do a cycle of steroids, any kind of steroids unless you like the though of having lactating man boobs a LOT bigger than the ones you have now. Really with high body fat you have 10x the risk for gyno.

    Now dont be discouraged by this news. it's not bad. If you learn to eat 6+ meals a day to start with you will gradually also find you start to eat a lot more healthy. Also always drink a lot of water. Now get into the gym and you will start to see great results fast.

    I agree with all of the above bf is way to high to cycle concentrate on diet and cardio
