I mean, is it true that US gives away 3 billion in aid annually to just one country, and a rich country at that??
And if it is true, do you guys think its good or not that US supports a country like that?

I cant help but to think about "Trade with everyone, make treaties with no one" from the constitution, but like I said i dont know if its true.

Where in the constitution does it say that? I know you posted this quote in the News section as well. I've never heard this quote being part of the constitution before. Now I'm no constitutional scholar, that is why I'm intriqued by where in the constitution this is.
