    Question Favorite Muscles?

Im just curious as to what everybodies favorite muscles are. I like the traps myself. Not sure why exactly, but they are fun to work, and when you got big traps you seem to stand out more...i guess.

Back and traps for me. I just love the way a big back looks, sort of like you could ski on it with all those bumbs.

I gotta go with Chest...it's the big one, the best one, the one you put a show on for

People who work out in the gym, but don't do flat bench (or other serious chest workouts) means they aren't real body builders. You know what I mean, those people who do like all muscles in one day, 2 sets each at like 50 reps or whatever. HOWEVER, among the true body builders, personally I think bench is what stands out most amongst that group of elite lifters

LEGS! LEGS! LEGS! Without legs you only have half a body. Legs separates the serious lifters from the guys who just workout to fill out a tee-shirt. (biceps, chest, traps and so on)

I'd have to agree though. Without legs you're nothing.

Legs are my favorite. They're good for jumping.

I tried the Kegelcizer but mine is one of those shock belts Been using it daily for months and still no results. I guess I'll just keep using it till I can tell for sure.

My fav muscle to work out are legs. I love it when you can hardly walk. Nothing like when it hurts to sit on the toilet.

My fav to show are Biceps because I've gotten the most complements on them. Its all about the guns
