working out serious for about the last 3 yrs.

take about 200 grams of protein a day plus the standards....BCAAs...NO...creatine...etc.
just finished a 10 week test cycle...200mg/week...gained about 5 lbs of muscle mass...
want to consider this cycle my precursor to my next cycle
want to put on about 10 or more pounds of muscle mass

1. test 200 mg.
2. deca 200 mg.
3. oxandrolone 10 mg tabs...a.m and p.m.
4. arimedex 1 mg.
want to consider doing short cycles
