    MSB's 10 week OMNADREN cycle!

    Age:21 Training:4 Years
    5'9 165 lbs BF% See Pic Below
    Goal: Not sure what to expect so we'll see as it goes..put on lots of muscle, and not gain to much fat. (wouldn't we all like to)

    Previous Experience: 5 weeks of Anavar only and had pretty damn good results.

    Running Jelfa Omnadren 250 2x week- shots will be Sun/Wed except for today Thurs (My First Shot)
    Week 1-10 500mg Omnadren Testosterone.

    PCT 18 days after last injection
    day 1-7 Clomid 100mg & Nolva 40mg
    day 8-21 Clomid 50mg & Nolva 20mg

    Supplements:
    Multi
    Vit C 1000mg
    Vit E 400iu
    Zinc 30mg
    Saw Palmetto 450mg
    Hawthorne Berry 525mg
    CoQu10
    Milk Thistle 500mg
    Fish & Flax
    Glucosamine Chondroitin.


    Diet: I have been cooking up a storm lately in preparation.
    My diet will be about 4000-4500 cals a day to start, only clean foods,

    Routine: My split goes like this, and I had much sucess with it on Var
    day1: Chest/Tris
    day2: Back/Bi's/ High Intensity Cardio 30 Mins
    day3: Legs/Shoulders
    day4: Low Intensiity Cardio 1 Hour
    repeat

    Will Update Log Regularly.

    DAY 1 : 10/22/09
    Took first shot last night, I was so damn nervouse, the needle was shaking. Shot my delt with a 25g 1". I felt no pain during shot, but am pretty sore today 1 day later, but nothing too bad.

    Day 2: 10/23/09
    Worked Chest and Tri's, ate like a beast. I will post todays diet before bed.
