Thread: 2nd cycle - Need serious input please

    Second cycle help

    Age: 30
    Weight: 200
    Height: 5'9"
    BF%: 16
    Diet: Dirty up until about month ago, clean now and will stay clean thru cycle
    Seriously working out: 4 years


    1st cycle (3 years ago)
    D-bol to jumpstart, cant remember the dose
    400mg/week deca (shot 2 times a week 200mg each shot)
    500mg/week sustanon (shot eod 125mg each shot)
    4000-6000 cal per day
    Result: Excellent muscle gain. Worked my ass off 3x a week for 45 minutes each session. The D-bol was clogging the sink with all my hair I was losing and I was retaining major water, it was terrible so I discontinued that immediately and a couple weeks later I was back to normal. The deca and sustanon didnt have any ill effects as far as I could tell. Didn't spend the time I was supposed to on PCT and lost a good majority of the gains, also got gyno pretty bad.

    I have been doing research and see alot of deca/test e, deca/omna, some anadrol mixed in. Not so sure about the anadrol but I am pretty sure the test would agree with me.

    This 2nd cycle my goal is to pack on some muscle, not interested in gaining a ton of water weight to do it though. Need to be able to steer clear from the gyno and keep most of my gains. Need also a strong PCT and leaning program to get rid of any water weight I do gain.

    Overall opinions wanted

    -What is working today (last cycle 3 years ago) as far as a bulker
    -I am prone to gyno so I need something to combat that
    -Need a strong PCT program
    -Want to be able to trim the fat once the cycle is complete
    -Need to trim my BF% after cycle is complete

    -Any diet opinions would be great also

    I believe I have followed all the rules for a post like this, if not let me know what else is needed to get proper opinions.

    The biggest problem I see, the first that jumps out at me is the same 90% of people have. You say your diet was bad but it's OK now and will stay clean through cycle. WTF, why do people wonder why they loose gains? What do people only work out and eat right on cycle? This should be a lifestyle, not a fad.

    you really need to look at test and mast,

    I would look at getting the gyno under control before starting a new cycle

    Not to insult you bro, but this is a life style not just a cycle once in a while.

    the best way to keep your gain it to continue to keep your diet clean

    you have to eat just as good after your cycle as you did on cycle,

    pct for someone that is gyno prone would be looking at an AI along with the clomid and nolva

    I think you should post your diet. So many people state their diet is good then they post it and it really shows how bad it is. Diet is everything not the gear!

    MY DIET

    I eat every 3 hours or so, I do have a life so sometimes I stray a bit but this is pretty much the just of my diet every day.

    Drink about 2-4L of water throughout the day

    Bfast - 1 cup egg whites and 3 eggs, apple sauce

    Protein bar or granola couple hours later with some apple sauce. Protein shake also

    Lunch - Chicken breast / rice or fish/tuna, apple sauce

    Protein bar or granola couple hours later, apple sauce

    Dinner - Usuallyt a chicken breast or some type of fish, vegtables

    Before bed - Protein shake

    If you have a good diet and can stick to it (with the occasional cheat meal of course) i recommend test prop and npp.

    I have used deca with sust in the past and worked out well. The more I read about NPP the more I like it. I have heard the mast is for competition big time hardening is this correct? While I definitely want to lean up aggressively after the bulk cycle is there another decent alternative or is mast the right choice? If I wanted to go with a NPP/Sust or a NPP/Test can I (will it be effective) to bring in Mast later in the cycle or is that not smart?

    PCT I am thinking clomid and nolva. Is there anything that I can take during the cycle that will prevent gyno without hurting gains or should I just wait to see if the issue occurs?
