    Who else has done this?

Yesterday I was eating a bunch of shrimp. I didn't really want to eat them. I wasn't hungry, but boiled shrimp have about 20 grams of protein per serving and only 2 grams of fat. Anyway I forced down about 10 of these shrimp before one hit me funny and they all tried to come back up. My first thought was to close my mouth to save all that protein. I stood there in my kitchen, mouth full of regurgitated shrimp and actually contemplated swallowing them back down. It wasn't a small mouth full either. It was everything my mouth could hold. After about 30 seconds of trying to decide what to do, I realized that I was completely out of my mind and I spit it out. Can't believe my first thought was to save the protein. I just didn't want to have to eat again.

Yea I've done this many times with protein shakes or weight gainers, but regurgitated shrimp is really pushing it... yuck.
