Allright lil about me...
I'm 5'8, 153pds with 16% body fat. I am trying to get to 190 ASAP for football. I've been training for the last 3 yrs, so I know how to train. I take the proper supplements, but my diet is the only thing I'm confused about... seems it takes forever for me to gain weight.
I know I need alot of calories, but are all colories the same? For instance, would a Big Mac be fine, or some tuna, whole grain, and almonds do it? What I'm saying is I know I need calories, but I eat very healthy. Tuna instead of Big Mac, granola bar instead of bag of Lay's (which has more calories).
Should I just be eating the non-healthier items to get me the needed calories??
