    Test P cycle for those interrested...

    Just thought I would post up my progress with a straight Test P cycle.

    Stats:
    29yo
    5' 8.5"
    200lbs
    16-18%BF(I had originally posted 11%, not sure why I'm no where near that)

    Cycle:
    100mg Test P ED x 70 days (10 weeks for those who need to use fingers)
    75 x 1mg Arimidex tabs on hand
    50 x 20mg Nolvadex tabs on hand (hopefully just for my PCT)

    PCT:
    Week nolvadex HGC Vit E Aromasin
    1 Nolvadex @ 140 HCG @ 3500iu Vit E @ 7000iu Aromasin @ 140
    2 140 3000iu 6000iu 140
    3 Nolvadex @ 140 Aromasin @ 140
    4 140 140
    5 Nolvadex @ 140

    I was planing on running Arimidex @ .5mg ED with the test, but have done more research and asking around, and have decided to hold of on any AI unless sides show up. Kind of want to see how my body will react.

    I will try to keep my diet around 3000cal and about 300g of protein. Im not trying to bulk, maybe lean out a bit, but not dry out.

    I take a multivitamin every morning, and am using Nitro-Tech for ease of supplementation.

    Typical daily eating habit:
    Time Food Calories Protein
    530 Protein Shake w/8 oz egg white 245 51
    630-730 Cardio
    745 Breakfast 800 50
    1000 1 x Can Tuna 100 22
    1200 Lunch 800 50
    1500 1 x Can Tuna 100 22
    1630-1730 Weight training
    1745 Dinner 800 50
    2000 Protein Shake 130 25
    2200 8oz Egg Whites 115 26
    Total 3090 296

    The BLD @ 800cal/50g protein is a rough estimate. I'm some what forced to eat that way due to my employment. BLD are all three very well balanced meals, I assure you. I drink about 32oz of skim milk to make up for some of the protein at each meal. Thank god I'm not lactose intolerant.

    During the weak days, I do cardio from 0630 to 0730. Intensity varies each day. My weight training is done from from 1630 to 1730 or 1700 to 1800, depending on work.

    I have been training since the age of 13, off and on for numerous reasons. I played every sport that interested me in high school, as a junior in high school I placed 6th in my state's powerlifting championship, I played little collegiate football, after the football dream faded away, I found rugby in college have have played it off and on ever since. Love it!

    I was in a near fatal auto accident in January 09. Needless to say I was down for a while, but have busted my ass to get back in shape.

    I always had trained to accomplish goals that someone else laid in front of me. Weather it was my parents, coaches, or the Army. I am now in a position to train for myself and no other reason. Due to that fact, I believe I can stay consistent and motivated to train for a long time to come.

    Sorry for posting the bible, but thought I would add a little back ground...
