    Appetite suppressant and sleep

Is there a supplement that will suppress the appetite without the use of a stimulant.
I have heard sesapure, but i can fin no info on how it affects sleep.
I am looking for a supplement to take before bed to prevent nighttime binge eating.

I have this problem too. I usually drink a protein shake before bed, eat something high in fiber, and drink a bottle of water. Often, when you think your hungry, your really just dehydrated or bored. So if your dehydrated, drink water. If your bored, go to sleep! haha. Food it's self is your best defense against late night cravings. Apples, whole foods, protein, that's all good for suppressing appetite.
