I would like some advice before I jump into this cycle. I have access
to the following compounds, 10cc/300mg per ml Test Enth and Deca
10cc/250mg per ml.
For a little history about me. I have posted on this forum a bunch of
time in the past and posted up some pictures of a test only cycle
(test Enth 8 weeks at 300mg per week). Posted on a cycle of Test Cyp
only at 500mg per week(I thought this gear was UNDERDOSED though).
And this time I'm considering running a cycle of Test Enth with Deca
for 8 weeks. I know that the Deca should be run longer than the 8
weeks but hell it's what I have. I will be running clomid for PCT
(need get a hold of some BEFORE my 8 weeker)
I was a collegiate athlete (Division II) School for baseball. I have
always been in the gym. I currently weigh in at 187 lbs at 5 ft 11"
tall and probably have about 13 to 15 % BF. I feel good at this
weight but want that edge again for an upcoming baseball season.
Forgot to add that I am 39 years old.
Any advise for diet? Here is what my "typical" day looks like for food.
7am - 5 egg whites, some cheese on a tortilla
9am - whey protein drink (300cal / about 40g of Pro)
11am - almonds (about 30 or so ) with about ½ cup of low fat cottage cheese
12 noon - GYM time (been mixing it up with interval cardio and weights)
1:15- whey protein again (I know use real food But ... time)
1:30 - chicken breast / almonds
3:30 - raw veggies / cottage cheese with some yogurt
5:30 - reasonable dinner with the family... steak.. chicken whatever
7:30 - tin of tuna with whey protein
NOW I do cheat a bit... I have a weakness for Mexican food ... and the
weekends are a bit harder to control food wise.
Any comments or thoughts before I get on the "bus" again ?
