I was reading rambo's unofficial cutting thread in the diet section and he talked about R-alpha Lipoic Acid and Biotin and how they are effective in lowering the spike of insulin when certain carbs are consumed and how it has been found to shuttle carbohydrates away from adipose and into myocytes. I did some research on them and they seem to have good health benefits. My question is, has anyone tried it and seen any results as far as fat burning and what not. Oh yea btw my goal is to cut weight. Im at 18-20% bf. Trying to drop to 13-15% by mid march.
But yea...if you've tried it lemme know if I should buy it or just save my money.
