    Time on cycle + PCT = Time off and get your blood work done a few weeks after PCT

    The general rule of thumb is:

    Time on + PCT = Time off..... but only bloodwork will give you a definate answer.

    so.....

    12 weeks on + 4 weeks PCT = 16 weeks off cycle.....
