Bodyfat %: Around 15-18%
Training: For around 3-4 years, the past year very seriously.
Goal: This cycle is for winter next year - I'm aiming at around 95-100kg, with my bf % around 18-20%.
Weeks 1-15
Sustanon 250 @ 500mg/week
Weeks 1-4
Either Dbol/Anapolon50/ kickstart @ 40mg/day or 100mg/day
PCT
To be commenced 18 days after my last injection
Day 1-7 40mg Nolvadex/100mg Clomid
Day 8-14 20mg Nolvadex/50mg Clomid
Day 15-21 10mg Nolvadex/50mg Clomid
Diet
8:30 A.M - BREAKFAST - Cup of oats, 4 large scrambled eggs - possible protein shake?
10:30 A.M - SNACK - 40g Protein shake w/water
12:30 P.M - LUNCH - One large chicken breast w/either pasta, 2 jacket potatoes, small salad.
2:30 P.M - SNACK - One or two chicken legs w/either a small salad, two pieces of wholemeal bread.
4:30 P.M - SMALL SNACK - Small meal prior to training - either a protein bar, almonds/nuts etc.
5:30 P.M - TRAINING - until 6:30 P.M
6:30 P.M - POST WORKOUT - protein shake consisting of 40grams of protein and 20grams of waximaize.
8:00 P.M - DINNER - One large chicken breast w/either pasta, 2 jacket potatoes, small salad.
10:00 P.M - SNACK - Small serve of cottage cheese, almonds/nuts etc.
10:30 P.M - BED TIME.
Main meal will be varied with steaks, fish, chicken etc - all servings will be large and aiming at around 60-80grams of protein in each larger
I have Arimidex on hand for any signs of Gyno, all products are legitimate from pharmacies and are in abundance whenever needed.
Don't try to deter me from this cycle regarding my age, it won't work - I've got my eyes and heart set on it and thats that.
Please give me any suggestions, helpful hints, the pro's/con's of the cycle and the PCT.
