Yea iv educated alot since then its just real hard to get that sorta stuff where i am im 23 90kg 16%bf 5ft7 i think not to sure but its summer here an i gota get cut up at moment im taken 20mg a day spread out for 3 weeks then 15mg for week then 10 an so on six week cycle and got clomid for pct any help with this would be much apreciated Big
diet will make the biggest difference when it comes to cutting.
yup this time im only having clean carbs cut suger completly out its working already four days i havnt lost weight but getting the mean definition. Gotta love the dz thanks mate by week three ill b looking how i want
diet makes the difference between bulk/cut, honestly. you could just run test and eat super clean and do more cardio. you will lean out because of the calorie restriction. the test just helps to shuttle nutrient to the muscle so you dont waste away while on extreme restriction.

it bloats you, increases ur appetite, makes u gain weight, increases water retention, raises blood presssure etc
it does the opposite of what u want, ud be stupid to use it
In theory you can cut on more or less any AAS its the diet and cardio what will be give the biggest impact, dbol only isnt the best cycle anyway as you have learned, concentrate on your diet/cardio first and drop the desired BF and then introduce some form of chemical help.
You can cut with largely any AAS as they are all largely muscle sparring, dbol being no exception. On a cutting diet with low sodium there is very little bloat, and I don't even know what "makes you gain weight" even means. Sure there maybe slightly better choices, but if you know what you're doing you could cut just fine with dbol, the only problem being I don't think you could run many orals long enough to do a good cutting cycle.
