Anyone have any idea if the heart rate monitors that strap on the wrist are accurate or effective? I hate having to hold the handles at the gym during cardio, and sometimes they don't even read right.
Also, it'd be nice to know my calorie expenditure for the days workout when doing resistance training.
I saw one for like $99, but not sure if that's standard or if it's super-high tech or whatever. I just want to buy something fairly cheap and simple.
What do you guys use?
