Question about customes ( non steroid related )

I sent a package to my family in Germany from the United States for Christmas. In the pile of gifts inside it I put cured sausage from hickory farms. I did not declare this on the form. Will you think it will make it past customs?

If it doesn't will they send my package back or just take out the meat and ship the rest. If they send it back im out 80 bucks for the cost of shipping
