Off cycle/PCT length

What are your opinions on off cycle time? I get different feedback, some ppl say take the same time off as you were on. And others say there is not a need for that if there is a good PCT used such as Clomid 200 mg the first day then 100/50/50 and nolva 20 mg ed for three weeks, and also an ati estrogen such as arimidex or liquidex.. Again just looking for some feedback on the subject, im debating what i should do for my off cycle... Or should I say how long to STAY off...

Running Test cyp 400 mg per week for 10 weeks, ran 50 mg of winstrol ed for the first 5 weeks, proviron 50 mg ed, and liquidex the last 5 weeks and thru pct.

Going to use the pct above.

the standard recommendation is on time+pct=time off.

it depends what you want do to man. the safer option is more time off because you give the body more time to fully recover and run naturally.

Ugh.. That just is soooo long!! ha. I dont know if i can wait that long, but we shall see.!

Usually winny is ran on the backside of the cycle.

Time off= Time on+PCT length (MIN)

Clomid=100/50/50/50

Nolva= 40/20/20/20


Use this simple PCT plan and you should be fine.
