Well it has been a long time since i posted anything, I've been lurking off and on sine my last post.

I just wanted to thank the boards for supplying me with so much information and keeping me from hurting myself in the process. I have had limited access to some gear and with out this boards guidance i would have taken some of these opportunities only to be possibly hurt and definitely let down.

Thank you everyone who has given me advice or just taken the time to chat about whatever happened to be in the lounge. Without this site I would be in serious trouble very quickly. This time last year I knew absolutly nothing about how to use AAS let alone how they worked. I have spent a great deal of time researching alone with the information in the stickies and from time to time posting my questions where I just couldn't find the answer. I can always count on the members here to give me professional advice that keeps me from doing myself harm. Thank you guys, keep up the excellent advice.
