Just curious: I don't want to say wasted cause probably i'll get some smart comments, but how much have you invested in your physique?

Im not sure what you mean by invested, but most of us here live this lifestyle.
So we pretty much invest our life to it.
There's only a few things that come first. Child support, rent, insurance. Other than that it's all about being healthy. But honestly, if had half the money back i'd be a very happy man.
Impossible to figure out. Mostly nickle and dimes you to death. Grocery store bills, supplements, atire, vitamins, gear (for some) etc....... Not to mention time. Factor in the time most of us spend preparing meals, workouts, diets..... Not to mention time spent at the actual gym.....The list goes on.
Untold thousands.......but at the end it's Priceless.
Nothing is more expensive than my time..... and i've invested A LOT of it. Also, as was mentioned..... the cost of food, vitamins, suppliments, protein powders..... then fator in the costs of aas/gh..... forget it.
It was and still is worth every penny i've spent and will continue to spend.....

I invested everything... financial, emotional, physical and mental!
A lot of people will say that they have spent a huge amount on time on their health, not on their bodies. I think that is a false statement for bodybuilders.
The ones who are using drugs like steroids, t3, are using money and time to damage their health. Although bodybuilding is healthy for the majority of us.
Bodybuilding takes a huge amount of time and it is a way of life. The most important things in bodybuilding are eating healthy and staying active, probably the most important parts of life to stay healthy.
Did you mean money spent or time spent?
I have spent a lot of money and time. It's hard to measure either one, do you count biking, skiing, other ways of staying active, or just lifting? Does money spent on healthy food count...etc
For too many people and to some extent for me, bodybuilding becomes an obsession. Why do so many of us find it so important to have a huge and lean body? What good does it do?
Baby wipes , and my body thanks me every morning.
If you mean money, a lot!
If you mean time, since I was 5 yo thanks to my father.
ive invested in a pack of malboro golds every day
Where'd you do your research? ABCnews.com?The ones who are using drugs like steroids, t3, are using money and time to damage their health.
i was looking for figures, but i know that'll be impossible to calculate.
always invest in yourself....
well im from australia
and from where im from, ive traded for goods
about 200 boomerangs, 86 kangeroos, 23 koalas and over 1000 packets of cigerettes, 400 snags (sausages), 500 stubbies and 113 water buffalo, and 45 salt water crocs (approx)
