    thanks bg and omna. i always been lean. im trying to bulk up put on a lil fat but i guess im doing something wrong because my abs and obliques are still showing. im also eating everything and im still lean

    It's not all genetics. I gaurantee he still puts in a lot of hard work and dedication. The genetics just make that hard work show more than others hard work lol.

    i first started with weights like 7 or 8 years ago. i always did the push ups and pull ups my father is big on that. my father is 50 he is very cut up aswell.
