I never tried deca this would be my first time. Im planning on running DECA and TEST E in february for 10 weeks as a bulking cycle. I read some reviews that deca can bloat you pretty bad and make you look sloppy.
My question is if I keep a very clean diet how much cardio would i need to do a week to maintain my physique and build clean mass. Also should I kickstart this cycle with some anadrol or dbol?
