Diet
Meal 1: 1cup Oats, 6 eggs
Meal 2: 4 scoops cytogainer, 2tbsp nat peanut butter.
Meal 3: 4 slices wheat, 8 ounces turkey breast, 20g protein bar.
Workout
Meal 4: 4 scoops cytogainer, 2tbsp nat peanut butter.
Meal 5: 16oz 92% ground beef/chicken/sirloin steak (alternated), 2 baked potatoes (pasta with the ground beef)
Meal 6: 2 cans tuna, 2 slices wheat.
Workout:
1.5 hours-2hours at gym
Mon- Back
Tues- Chest
Wed- Bi/Tri
Thurs- Legs
Fri- Shoulders
Sat- Bi/Tri
Sun- Legs
Overall I'm impressed with Ithe gains I've made. I'm doing PCT now, my bench has dropped but eveything else has stayed the same/gone up. I am waiting on some clomid, I'm 10 days in on 40mg ED of Nolva. I asked in the PCT forum about Nolva only, and was advised to take Clomid as well. Hopefully my PCT results are much better with it. I have yet to experience any erectile or libido issues, just some strength ones.
My weight has gone down to 202 from 215 where I peaked since my last dose.
I'm looking to cycle again, but I leave for the Marine Corps soon. Any Marines who went through SOI know when it's good to start again? I'll be in the barracks most likely for SOI. Any advice for that is welcomed.
