I need to figure out my BMR and TDEE.
I am finally going to get serious about my diet and exercise.
I play Hockey 2 nights a week and started working out again 2 months ago 4-5 days a week. I sit at a desk 5 days a week for 9 hours a day.
I want to start by cutting down my BF%.
Any help would be appreciated. I tried the calipers but found out it is not as easy as I thought it would be.
