As most of you know - i've started 4iu's ED. I've been doing 7 days on for almost 3 weeks now. I started off doing 2iu's around 7am and 2iu's around 3pm.
Here's the thing.... i've been reading a TON of different protocols regarding time of injection..... how much to use..... etc. Here's what I've found so far.....
- Splitting up the dosage yields better results because it provides a more constant level of GH in the blood throughout the day.
- Doing all of your GH in the morning is better because it fights catobolism 1st thing in the morning.
- Doing all your GH post workout is better for gaining muscle mass.
I can see the argument for each of those..... I'm just a bit lost on which to go with. My main goal is gaining lean mass.....
Now regarding dosages.... I plan on going up to 8-10iu's/day. If it's better to inject post workout..... would 8iu's be too much at one time?
Just looking for some experience here..... particularly from those who are using GH for mass also..... whats your protocol and how do you feel it's working for you?
