I just joined this forum since i learned my buddie was cuting the test he was selling to people in half and mixing in veg. oil! just learned you can buy empty bottles and new caps and tool to put them back on. Is there any way to tell that this has been done? please help before i get screwed again

welcome. no way to tell what's in the vial really, no public labs I'm aware of test gear. he's going to fvck someone up if they are shooting vegetable oil, it's not even sterile.
