    Glucosamine liquid supplement

I was just wondering what everyone's thoughts were on taking glucosamine in a liquid form versus pill. I have read that liquid form is better absorbed.

The product I use is liquid and has 2000mg glucosamine hcl per serving. It says that you should not exceed recommended dosage but Im not really feeling much relief. Can i take an extra half dosage?

If allowed, here is the link to what I use....take it down mods if it's not...

Most of the liquids are poorly formulated and are very expensive compared to pills. The liquid is better absorbed but what they don't tell you is soon after bottling the glucosamine starts breaking down and looses much of its benefits. Somewhere between 2-5 grams is what works for most people. I would switch over to the tab form that they sell at Sams.

I'm about to start taking Cissus RX. Its supposed to be the best product for joint pain and is relativly inexpensive. Ive seen it for as low as 23 dollars for a month supply but as high as 49$ at gnc
