blood test results - testosterone q's

    my free test was 69.0 pmol/l with ranges from 42 - 138

    then states testosterone 19.2 nmol/l ranges 12.0-32.0

i see people write theres and say 250 or 500 ng/dl what does this mean ????

is there some way to transfer my details above to ng/dl ????

also ill only post the things above or below norm (as in rest of results) :

    cholesterol was high 5.9 ranges mmol/l 3.9 - 5.5

LDL high 3.6 mmol/l ranges 1.7 - 3.5 (this is the BAD chol)

    HDL borderline high 1.5 mmol/l ranges 0.8 - 1.5 (the goodchol)

    triglycerides borderline high 1.7 mmol/l ranges 0.5 - 1.7

    sodium low 134 mmol/l ranges 135 - 145

    ALT (liver) high 49 U/L ranges 5 - 40

Have got all other results if any 1 is interested .....

would be great if i can get some input on the above test q's and also what to do about high alt (liver ) and cholesterol/triglycerides levels

    thx

    different units thats all

Your testosterone is average. In US units ist 550ng/dl.

Ad oats to your diet and clean up your diet from high fat foods. You will be fine. And your HDL is excellent and if you can lower your LDL than you will be in low risk side.

you may want to get some Liv52 (liver support supplement)...

it can help flush out your system. You may want to get some evening primrose oil (supplement) for your kidneys.

You could run a milk-thistle as well. I stay on it year round. Its a cheap supplement.

    Hope that helps..

What the equasion if you dont mind. Im bad at maths.

    NM i figured it out.
    just
    nmol/l devided by 349 = ng/dl
You need to move zeros around and your done.
