what are your stats?
age?
height?
weight?
body fat?
yrs training?
cycle experience?
age:19
height: 6'1
weight: 200
body fat: 9%
yrs training: 4 yrs
cycle experience: 12 week cycle of test and deca
Well your first cycle, test and deca,is my very favorite for bulking. You should not be taking steroids at 19 years old,i dont care if you play hockey or not.Good luck.
Your endocrine system matures at about 25 years old. If you take steroids now you could screw your endo system up. It's not recommended that you go on steroids at your age. There's a lot you can do with a good diet (see diet section) and training.
Just curious, Why do you need to "bulk" up? I played hockey in the off season of rugby, and 200 is a pretty decent weight. I agree with ^^, Re-evaluate and think on it, and if you still strongly fell like you want to do it...no one is going to stop you. Just think about the consequences. And if you are willing to accept them.
iv played hockey for over 10 years and trust me hockey isnt a sport where you need steroids. i mean its nice to be strong but its all skill, look at crosby...he isnt jacked, he just has skill and speed...maybe do a var cycle if you must but definitely no need for test and deca or any of that
I dont want to be mean, But if you are playing at that level of hockey and you feel that you Need to take steroids. There is a time when you just need to accept your losses. What i am trying to say is it really worth taking the chance? I dont want to do this but its a decent way of putting things. Doing this stuff is like getting a tattoo, Getting one when your young and naive 99% of the time your just going to hate the end result for the rest of your life. Spend some time thinking about it though, it will end up being something that you will be happy about.
Bad metaphor i know but im pretty sure you get the point that alot of experienced people are trying to tell you.
thanks again...i tend to be long winded..haha
