ok so in a earlier post I was asking advice for my dad (which was great advice thanks guys) We both work out hes 55 yrs old 511 190, im 31 yrs old and 6 2 225lb. He really wants to try a cycle and I want to do it with him. I dont really know what gear would be best and dosage through a cycle for first time? Any suggestions would be great and hope I didnt break and rules
