If you're 6'1 and 155, I can tell you that either your diet and/or your training isn't right.

u need to eat to grow brother. there is a science to it, stick around and learn..
Here's the thing though. I'm a runner too, and just naturally skinny. I eat a ton as it is. I try to eat about every 2 hrs, and have been eating chicken breast, rice, yogurt, pasta, etc.
"I eat a ton" is not a diet plan. Let's count up the protein, carbs, fats, and calories and see how they're distributed. I used to be a rail thin runner too. These guys aren't lying. Food, food, food, eat, eat, eat. Then examine your workout.
Seriously start eating like crazy, 155 is tiny.
