Thanks for the replys sorry I knew I'd miss somthing I'm 20years of age and 40kg in each hand 6-8 for 3sets then a drop to 30kg dbells for incline bench as I say my family gene is awfull With short family members I'm sure I'm at max height
I'll start off the morning with protein shake and carb mix
    with a bowl or cereal
2nd meal cooked chicken 6oz breast with runner beans and sweet potato follow by 2 peanut butter sanies 3rd meal tuna and the same greens and potato I'll have that through out the day just change the meats as I fancy with protein bars for snacking 6days aweek
I do not know my fat% but I'm not carrying a belly if this helps 6pack abs with nice tricep and bicep definition with a nice defined chest as you can imagen from my dbell press

Since no one has said it yet.... Please let me be the first. You're too young. You're guessing at what your natural potential is based on your mother.... and other family members. Its a good start but not a sure thing. You need to train hard and diet for another 4 years, then if you feel you still need AAS go for it.

Please for your sake.... just wait...

Good call, no need for steroids at your age

Diet can be better than aas imo. Try this, get a big tub of weigh protien and drink a scoop between meals and right before bet. Its a cheap investement that works very well, better than aas at your age.

Nice job, I hope you get the gains you want naturally and hey no harm in sticking around here and getting educated over the next few years, even if you never use.... it doesn't hurt to know.
