Ideal cycle to do

Hi guys, just wondered if u could help me.

About 8months ago i did a 6week course of injecting sust and dec and i never really noticed any real change with growth or strenght. im looking into doing another course but am stuck on would be best to do.

Would be great to get a bit of advice.

Stats please like age, height,weight, bf%. Sounds like your diet probably sucked or the gear was fake.

24, 6 foot, 80kg. unsure of bf% tho mate. was told to eat as much as i can wen i first started the cycle. is it an effective course?

theres no doubt you didnt gain much from a 6 week cycle....it was poorly planned and ran too short....check out the educational threads....all your answeres are there.....
